区别：interesting令人感兴趣的, 有趣的 (与所修饰的名词或者与主语之间有主动关系）； interested?感兴趣的,利益相关的?(与所修饰的名词或者与主语之间有被动关系）。例如：

用现在分词则是主动关系，用过去分词则是被动关系。试比较：

2） He is ?interested ?in music. 他对音乐感兴趣。( He is interested by music. 音乐令他感兴趣。）

2. 有些不及物动词的过去分词则表示完成的动作、主动关系。例如：1） The sun is risen. 太阳已经升起来了。（The sun has risen. 太阳已经升起来了。)
2） The ground is covered with fallen leaves. 地上满是落叶。( The leaves have fallen. 这些树叶已经落了。)
3）She found her wallet gone. 她发现钱包不见了。(Her wallet has gone. 她的钱包不见了。）
4）I know the retired worker. 我认识这个退休工人。（The worker has retired.?这个工人已经退休了。）
